UMS Tuning has its humble beginnings by the founder Tony Szirka getting bored with dealership work and being more and more enthralled by the aftermarket performance industry. Being involved with personal projects since the age of 13, it was a logical progression to do the things he enjoyed as a professional. After moving to Phoenix in 2002 and working at a Porsche specific shop for two years, it was time to take the plunge. August 1 2004 we received the key to our first location in Tempe near University and McClintock. As we quickly grew we needed to relocate to a larger shop within a year and a half. The next location was also in Tempe Near Curry and Miller which was home for another year and a half. In early 2007 we acquired Apex Motorsports of Tempe adding two more lifts and some long standing accounts with some choice vendors.

September 2007 we again moved to our current location in Mesa. We have been growing and adding services and skilled team members ever since. Our goals are simple. We want to provide the best possible service and experience we have to offer to each and every customer entrusting us with their pride and joy. We understand your projects are more than just a car, they are an extension of your style and performance needs, it would be a disservice to treat them as anything less. We appreciate our customers patronage and work hard to create long standing relationships with them. We work hard to not rush projects and to deliver the best product possible.
